I just finished level 2 today! Yeaaaahh! But, since level 3 isn't on my OnDemand thingy, I have to use the DVD - I either have to workout in the living room or get a DVD player for the bedroom .....

Wait! It's on OnDemand? I was thinking of buying the DVD but if I can "test it" first, that would be great.
ETA: I just checked online. I do have it! I guess now I can't possibly think of another excuse not to do this, right? But I do have to figure out how to do this without getting attacked by the dog. I tried doing sit-ups once in front of him and he decided that me laying on the floor meant it was time to PLAY!

I've been slacking, but I intend to do it after work today. I've lost a little weight this week, so I need to get back shreding before the weekend. No need to gain that weight back on Sat/Sun!
I did day 3 of level one yesterday, I could definitely start to tell a difference in my endurance. And I wasn't as sore afterwards. It'll be later tonight before I can do day 4, but I am sticking with this! I want toned arms for summer sleeveless tops!!! And I'd take toned thighs and a 6 pack if I have too ;)
Hey Tati - congrats on making it almost all the way through!!
I chuckled the first time I heard her comment about a six pack. Even though I did the whole shred, I only have a sort-of four pack. But my stomach strength increased a ton and my back muscles don't get s tired as they once did.
I've read different things, like 6-packs are genetic and certain people's body types make them more likely to have one. Or you have to eat almost nothing for your body to be lean enough to see them.
I noticed that Jillian and Natalie don't really have 6-pack abs but they look fantastic anyway
