So, I got a suprise visit from some OOT relatives last night - It was good to see them but man I HATE it when people drop in unannounced. They insisted on going to dinner, but I was good and had soup and salad . Also quite sore from yesterday's pre-visit exercise.
B: Oatmeal, banana, coffee
S: Apple
L: Soup, cheese stick, carrots, diet soda
D: Roasted potatoes & salad - I have been trying to have this for dinner for 3 days now!
E: Abs tonight, and some stretching to relieve some of my soreness

I don't know why I'm bothering today... maybe to shame myself into doing something about my bad habits this weekend.
B: honey puffed kashi with banana and 1/2 cup skim milk
L: 2 chicken enchiladas, lots of chips and salsa, and a strawberry margarita I had packed a lunch but decided to go out with friends instead so I guess its ok...
D: left over something in the refrigerator - ham steaks maybe and some type of veggie
E: at the gym right now.. I feel like crap after lunch.
WW girls- I was at walmart getting lean pockets yesterday and my old faithful is 6 pts ! now but I got the new ultra lean pockets to try (ham & cheese) and they are only 4 pts. I"ll let you know what I think of them.

I've had them- I actually like them a lot!! Maybe even more than the original kind.
Grr, not a great day. My COH jeans are tighter than usual and I lost my willpower yesterday and ate a slice of cheesecake after dinner...oops.No risk of that happening tonight though, since my other roomate polished it off today.
B: Coffee, half a luna bar (Nuts 'n Cranberry)
L: Half a turkey and swiss sandwich, mixed greens with balsamic vinagrette
S: Just had half a skim mochachinno, might have some soy chips later
D: Salad or Amy's enchiladas...probably salad.
E: 1 hr. spinning class
I'll probably go drinking tonight (though I shouldn't because I'm kind of sick and will drink Friday and Saturday nights, but I'm a sucker for peer pressure) and I'm hoping to abide by my new resolution to not eat while/after drinking. I think I'm going to print out a big sign and hang it above my desk so I'm not tempted to bust open a bag of tostitos when I come home tipsy.
D: sigh. it's going to be bad. but tasty! vegetarian lasagna, ciabatta bread, 75% fat-free cabot cheese, goat cheese, grapes, and a nice bodini cab (yum!) it's going to be tasty but terribly high in calories... that's all right - i know i'll enjoy it!
