I've had a "13 Bean Soup Mix" (see link) sitting in the cupboard for months and I need to use it before moving out. I have the beans soaking right now but dont know what to add to the soup to make it yummy. ANy suggestions on veggies and seasoning? (no meat or dairy, please).

I typically use that mix to make a very beany chili. So, chushed tomates, a little tomato paste, peppers, onions, garlic and every spicy spice I have in the cupboard. Then, cilantro on top with raw peppers and tomates when I serve it to take down the spicy factor.
ham bone is best. but i saw you dont eat meat. simmer in chix or beef brothe and add lots of chpd garlic and frsh parsley at the end. you wont be dissapointed
onion carrot celery yam/sweet potato bouquet of parceley/dill/cilantro "vegetta" (or soup cubes ot your choice) salt pepper red paprika/smoked paprika sage ( to taste) oregano (to taste) grill spice MAYBE saute mushrooms & add it to the soup in the end
