I have blonde hair with dark brown chunky highlights. I need something different but with summer coming, I don't want to stray from the light side too much. (I like the blonde in the summer.) I want something funky but something I can get away with at work. (I work in a professional environment. Pseudo-professional, that is. )
This is it now (sorry for the big pic). The first pic has funky lighting but it shows the darks better. The second pic doesn't show the contrast as much but shows how light it is actually. My bangs are the coolest part because they are a rainbow of browns and blondes - easier to see in the second pic.
I'm on the left
I'm on the right
So what do y'all think? More of the same? I was thinking adding a bit of platinum to the blonde in the front and keeping the dark but would that look too skunky? TIA!

I've done a red before and it didn't really work so well for me. I wonder if it's time to give it a try again? Maybe if it were a deeper, more auburn-type red it might work better. Last time it just ended up looking like ketchup next to my face. I wore it back the whole time. Sorry for the big pic but this is what I went for last time and it didn't work but maybe with a less red, red? That might be pretty...
My esthetician just got great highlights. Her hair is dark blonde. She got platinum highlights done on the bottom longer layers. As I explain it, it sounds horrible. But it looke REALLY cute on her - very funky, yet not trying too hard. I will try to find a picture.....
It seems from the pics like you have the right skin tone and eye colour (blue, right?) to go completely blonde for the summer. A light, sunshine-y blonde with a bit of a tan would look great on you.
