figured I'd start early today before I forget again.


B: coffee and a banana (2 pts)


L: 1/2 of a greek chicken wrap (maybe 12 points?)


S: ice cream (2 points)


D: spanikopita (3 points)


S: s'more (1 point)


E: yoga

spinach, onion and feta in phyllo dough. sooo good! I made a whole bunch this weekend, and then I made some with broccoli and pepper jack cheese. Yummy!!

I'm editing this to change/include everything that actually happened yesterday.


Hello women! I went for my first 4 mile regular walk yesterday and it was great. I'm hoping to turn it into a 3 mile run but the friend I go with is not such the runner. I'll get her there though!


B: 1 slice reduced fat cheddar cheese (2 points) - got a late start or would have had something else, too check


L: 2 Taco Bell tostadas fresco style (4 points each so 8 points) - and yes, I know it's fast food and I should be politically opposed but I do love TB! Plus, I'm running errands at work and need something fast. check


S: fat-free yogurt (2 points) nope


D: no idea. hmmm. I have no food at home. Maybe I'll do a veggie sandwich from Jason's Deli (8 points) check and a cup of fruit (1 point). check Okay, I'll probably have a glass of wine, too. Just one though. (2 points) nope Add 1 cup veggie soup (1 point) some crackers (2 points)


E: another 4 mile walk - gaining on the run part. check


Out past midnight snack (sooo bad!) - TB bean burrito fresco style (7 points) - I'm so ashamed!


So total points: 29! gasp! E takes away 4 so total = 25. Okay, not as bad as it could be. Must be better today.

morning ladies... I'M BACK!!  i was in hawaii for a week, but i'm back now (well, actually not for long, i'm going to vegas thursday but back for good monday!)


b: puffed kashi, silk


s: peanut butter crackers


l: not sure... hopefully salad or sandwich


s: yogurt


d: again not sure, class tonight, probably leftovers from lunch


w: none, class, but don't think i slacked off while on vacation... we did a hike almost every day while in hawaii!


ETA: ok, i had to confess, i had kfc for lunch & i'm having it again for dinner

i lost three pounds! wahoo! it would have been more i guess if i hadn't done so much cocktailing over the weekend, but i am still very happy.  for today:


b: scrambled eggs w/mushrooms, cheese and bacon crumbles from diner across the street (i was starving when i got to work, but will make up for it for the rest of the day).


l: lean cuisine


s: sugar-free jello


d: tuna salad over greens and some dressing, maybe a piece of fruit for dessert


e: running/walking (hopefully 3 miles)

I'm trying again today

B: Honey Puffed Kashi, 1/2 cup milk, banana (5pts)

L: turkey and cheese sandwich on bunny bread (4 pts), 1 cup grapes (1 pt)

S: tall peppermint mocha frapp (3 pts)

D: unsure. chicken maybe and some veggies!

E: at the gym right now: 45 mins weights (1 pt) 40 mins cardio (2 pts)
