Hello women! I went for my first 4 mile regular walk yesterday and it was great. I'm hoping to turn it into a 3 mile run but the friend I go with is not such the runner. I'll get her there though!
B: 1 slice reduced fat cheddar cheese (2 points) - got a late start or would have had something else, too check
L: 2 Taco Bell tostadas fresco style (4 points each so 8 points) - and yes, I know it's fast food and I should be politically opposed but I do love TB! Plus, I'm running errands at work and need something fast. check
S: fat-free yogurt (2 points) nope
D: no idea. hmmm. I have no food at home. Maybe I'll do a veggie sandwich from Jason's Deli (8 points) check and a cup of fruit (1 point). check Okay, I'll probably have a glass of wine, too. Just one though. (2 points) nope Add 1 cup veggie soup (1 point) some crackers (2 points)

morning ladies... I'M BACK!! i was in hawaii for a week, but i'm back now (well, actually not for long, i'm going to vegas thursday but back for good monday!)

i lost three pounds! wahoo! it would have been more i guess if i hadn't done so much cocktailing over the weekend, but i am still very happy. for today:
b: scrambled eggs w/mushrooms, cheese and bacon crumbles from diner across the street (i was starving when i got to work, but will make up for it for the rest of the day).

s: sugar-free jello
d: tuna salad over greens and some dressing, maybe a piece of fruit for dessert
