its been so hard for me to keep going too! I hadn't done it since Monday but got my butt to do it today. and I hated doing it while I was doing it. ugh!
well, so far I'm still at level 2 on my 19th day total
I just started tonight. It hurts to lift my arms *whine* I'm glad the workout is only 20 minutes -- it goes fairly quickly and she is motivating... Simultaneously looking forward to and NOT looking forward to tomorrow's workout...

Starstuff- YAy! I'm glad you're joining! you will be sore, but believe me when I say to just workout and do it. the soreness will go away as soon as you start working out and when your done you'll feel it again. It's like the soreness gets numbed (sp?) while your doing the workout!
I restarted yesterday and just finished Week 1 day 2. Starting to feel better during the workout but still can't make it thru without dropping the weights towards the end. I'm hoping my calves don't start hurting again. Between the lunges and the jump rope they tend to start hurting really fast.
I went shopping yesterday for the first time since starting the workout (currently on Day 8 of Level 2). I could not believe the difference I saw in the fitting room, bad lighting and unflattering mirrors and all. The fat layer on my thighs is nearly gone! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Best. Motivation. Evah.

Elle, that's great! I've been doing it sporadically but have probably done it 10-14 times in total. I think I need to move on to Level 2 because I'm beginning to get bored with Level 1. I'll give it a shot this weekend. I do want to keep going!
