Aside from Pottery Barn?  I have two down throw pillows that I'd like to buy new covers for, but I can't find many to begin with much less some I really like that don't cost more than 3 entire new pillows.  Seen any?

I buy mine from Crate and Barrel Outlet. You just ask the sales clerk to let you buy the cover without the pillow and it is around $5 or so. I've caught a few deals where I've gotten the pillow insert for free.
