I'm having a little issue w/level 2 though, and wanted to know if anyone else felt the same. The back exercises (the variations on the rowing motion) seem to really tighten up my neck/upper back for days afterwards. Is anyone else feeling discomfort, or is it just me? Maybe I should try that move w/out the weights for awhile and see how I feel then ...

Elle: Nope, I'm not having problems. Maybe you should do what you said, no weights.
My problem is trying not giving up so much on the last set of weights where you sit down a little and lift weights up from the sides? Those are SO hard for me to do. They kill me? anyone else???

Elle, this is exactly what has happened to me. I ended up straining the muscle in my neck and have been having pain when I turn my head or look down.
