Can you girls recommend some good shoe inserts for my new heels?  When I wear my heels barefoot my feet tend to get blisters and sore.  I have seen some of you mention gel insoles before?  Can anyone tell me what kind to get?

they're slimmer than the Dr Scholl gel ones and fits better for girly-shoes.

Dr. Scholls has inserts for high heels; they even make cushioning inserts for open toe heels too!  I got some at Target.
