I think those look good from the front but the back is slightly baggy around the rear end - although that could be from you twisting for the photo. I don't know - they don't scream "too big" I guess it depends on how you like your jeans to fit. Love the topstitching on the Antiks, esp. at the cuffs.

Those are great jeans but around the thighs looks a bit big to me also.

Will you all kill me if I mention I wish I had bigger thighs? Seriously, it's so hard for me to find jeans that fit properly in the thigh area. I think if I got them hemmed that would help, because right now they're so long they are all bunched up. *sigh* I'm not having a good day today.

sorry, i don't think you're gonna get much sympathy on this thread for the i wish i had bigger thighs comment..hehehe. i'm sure there are plenty of ladies, including myself who will share the wealth!

Can you exchange them for one size down? I don't mind the bagginess but it'll just get even more baggy with wear. I think a smaller size would be perfect.

I was hoping to avoid the hassle of exchanging them, but I suppose the right thing to do is size down. They are somewhat baggy around the waist, but I kind of liked that. Hmm, I could've sworn they ran much smaller.... maybe it's because I tried on the lighter pair and those run differently? I hate when there's inconsistency within a brand.

dc, did you get yours yet? You got the lighter wash right? Do those run small? Maybe I should get those instead....

i really like those jeans... i say exchange for a different size. i just feel like whenever i get my jeans hemmed, they are just never exactly right. and the antiks with the stitching on the bottom is risky IMO... they are really great jeans, so you HAVE TO HAVE THEM :)

as for the wishing your thighs were bigger, i'm not sure if you really do...

i didn't think my thighs were that bad until i put my true religions on, wore them for a night, and the whole time, i thought they might rip a la the incredible hulk :)

Vanessa, those are some HOT jeans! From the front, they look perfect on you, but I have to agree with everyone, they are too big for you from the back. one size down should be fine.

I think those are really cute jeans and definately will fit into your closet well. I do think maybe you should size down though. They are pretty baggy in the butt picture.

trust me I wish I had your problem. I played soccer for years and now have the athletic thighs-- sigh I wish I could get rid of them. I also think they look a little lighter in that pic than i remember them looking when I saw them in the store as well.

One the front they look perfect on you, unfortunatlly on the rear they do look a bit big, like you could go a size smaller.
Would you consider getting a size smaller? or maybe trying a different pair in the same size?

I think if you size down they will be too tight. Try posting a second pict. of your backside. I think it might be the image. See if you can have someone take a picture of you so your body isnt contorted.

Okay first off, you definitely need to size down. Secondly, what size are they? Maybe I will just buy them from you so you do not have to hassel with the exchanging business. Lord knows my thighs are bigger than yours!!

Well, I've got room around the waist too, even though you can't see that from the pic. My only concern is the hip area. I guess I'll order a size down and see how those look.

Farrah, these are 26s. When I was at bloomies I tried on a different pair in a size 25 and they were tight, so I ordered these in a 26 thinking they'd fit the same way, but they didn't. You can definitely try them the next time I see you... which I hope is soon!!!

I know the feeling. But I would take either a smaller waist OR bigger thighs. If I buy something that fits in the waist, I often get that puckering look on the back of the upper thigh.

Anyway, I think they look cute on you. I'd be curious to see what the next size down looks like though. Have you tried washing them to see if they shrink a little?

I have never really had an overwhelming desire for designer jeans but now I am starting to want those Antiks. I have to wait until Fall though. Those are some AWESOME jeans!!!

I think you need a smaller size for sure and then you'll have the hottest jeans ever. They look so good on you!
