I totally fell of the wagon and haven't done it in a WEEK!!! OMG!! I guess my only real excuse is that I worked about 70 hrs this week and was just too tired.
Well, no shred yet.....However I did running/walking intervals for an hour yesterday and 45 minutes today. I decided to take advantage of the beautiful Austin weather and the trail I live by.
I think I have a new system too: run/walk outside when I get home from work at a reasonable time (probably 2-3 times a week), and then for the days when I get home after dark, I'll do the Shred.
