ok, girls....we've been slacking with getting this post up recently.

L: bagel with RF cream cheese- don't know what kind yet but I have been craving one like crazy all week. Edit- honey whole wheat bagel (6) with RF veggie cream cheese (3)
D: salmon cake with tarragon sauce (4 points), lettuce and tomato salad, oven fries (4 points)
S: ice cream bar (2 points)
E: my grandparents are coming over Saturday so I really need to clean up the apt...I won't be home tomorrow to do it. Depending on how much really needs to be done, I might be able to et in 40 minutes at the gym.
L: 1/2 Pei Wei pad thai with tofu & veggies (8.75 points)

E: Have art circle tonight so none but when I get home I'm cleaning like a mad woman for party tomorrow night - hopefully that will burn a few calories!
On a good note, I found a workout buddy today! My friend and I are going to start running together after work two days a week. I have my next few Tuesdays booked up right after work but after that we'll move to 3 days a week. And then adding in Saturday and Sunday (which I almost always already do) and I'm getting a run in 4-5 days a week! I'm super excited now that I'll have someone to do it with me so I can have some accountability. Maybe I can start training for races now - how completely fabulous would that be?
