ok, girls....we've been slacking with getting this post up recently.


B: coffee


L: bagel with RF cream cheese- don't know what kind yet but I have been craving one like crazy all week. Edit- honey whole wheat bagel (6) with RF veggie cream cheese (3)


D: salmon cake with tarragon sauce (4 points), lettuce and tomato salad, oven fries (4 points)


S: ice cream bar (2 points)


E: my grandparents are coming over Saturday so I really need to clean up the apt...I won't be home tomorrow to do it. Depending on how much really needs to be done, I might be able to et in 40 minutes at the gym.

L:  1 fajita, diet soda, cheese stick


D:  Spaghetti (no meat, WW noodles), salad w/beets, green tea


E:  More resistance/stretching today

afternoon! I've been such a slacker lately.

B: small bagel & milk & lemon bar (my mom made them for her pokeno group last night and we have leftovers!!!) (6 pts)

S: 1 cup pineapple (1 pt)

L: Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (2pts)

D: crap at my bf's brother's rehersal dinner. His mom is cooking and cooks Paula Dean style. There will be no healthy eating!! But it will taste good

E: I'm at the rec right now. 45 mins weights 25 mins cardio.

Hi. I have been so lazy lately, I think it's 10 days I haven't posted!

l teryaki vegetables + rice (we went to a thai place, but I ate only half portion, I am VERY proud of myself!)

d salad with feta cheese, lettuce and almonds? some bread and fruit


e didn't feel like running this morning, so I went biking by the water: 1 hour 40 minutes! I'll do some weights tonight if I feel like...

E: Have art circle tonight so none but when I get home I'm cleaning like a mad woman for party tomorrow night - hopefully that will burn a few calories!


On a good note, I found a workout buddy today! My friend and I are going to start running together after work two days a week. I have my next few Tuesdays booked up right after work but after that we'll move to 3 days a week. And then adding in Saturday and Sunday (which I almost always already do) and I'm getting a run in 4-5 days a week! I'm super excited now that I'll have someone to do it with me so I can have some accountability. Maybe I can start training for races now - how completely fabulous would that be?
