I did level 2 today. I thought it was easier from a weights/strengh perspective, but harder from a cardio perspective. Many of the exercises are pretty advanced, and there's alot more movement to them. I doubt you'll have to rest on the strength sections like the first level, but I totally had to rest a few times due to the cardio (in part because some of the strength moves are very cardio-esque). My lungs were burning!

Today was supposed to be my first day of Level 2, but as it turns out, we were supposed to go out of town, so everything is already packed up. I'm starting it tomorrow when I get to my mom's house.
Elle- what day are you on? just wondering how long you took on level 1....
I think it took me 14 or 15 days to get through level 1? I had to take a few days after my very first workout to recover though! I think it's going to take me longer to get through level 2, to be honest. It's much more demanding cardio-wise, and I can never seem to get it in 2 days in a row . If I were doing it to be fit for some event I'd try to do everyday, but every-other just feels like something I could keep up for longer. After all, I'm not stopping after I reach the end of level 3!
