ok, confession time. I was so sore last week, I took Friday and Saturday off I had planned to do it yesterday, but I was so sore and tired after doing a ton of yard work, I didn't... I'm disappointed in myself, but I'm going to pick back up today (calf soreness is gone now.)
I am planning for no more interruptions! I have no more excuses.

but my plan is to do it Mon-Fri and have the weekends off. So far so good with that plan. And I can finally say that I'm not sore anywhere, at all! Woohoo!

I haven't done it yet today. Mimi has been teething pretty bad (she popped out 2 on top and one on bottom) so she's been a total nightmare. I've had a headache all day. I'm waiting for her to take a nap and see if my headache hopefully subsides some.
OMG I just finished day one and I am feeling like I will die. I think this was worse than running 2 miles yesterday. I don't know how I'm going to be able to do it again tomorrow. Does it get better? I was surprised I finished all 20 minutes but she said to keep pushing through so I did.
