Ha ha!  Beat 'ya!


I had to start this today to say I LOST 3 LBS LAST WEEK !!!  Actually with very little exercise, but my eating habits change pretty drastically when FH isn't around to distract me!  Yay me!


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  Roasted chicken/veggie soup, cheese stick, diet soda


D:  Fajita


E:  Resistance/pilates

Leah, thats great!!!


I should be back on track this week. It's been hard casue FH has been slacking, but he broke the scale yesterday () so he is going to be behaving himself for a while.


B: just coffee


L: trader joe's lemongrass chicken (8pt)


S: pineapple (2)


D: Salmon cakes with Tarragon sauce (4pt), tomato and basil salad (0)


S: healthy choice mocha chip ice cream (maybe 3 pts?)


E: elliptical (40 min) and arms. SO happy that the gym is open again!

I exercised this weekend, but I also ate like a pig, so it evened out.

S-Granola Bar


L-Low Fat Veggie Pita Pizza


S-Pepperoni


D-Low Fat Korma.  yum


W-1 hour strength training with my trainer

b: coffee w/half & half, kashi puffed rice w/a bit of n/f milk, 1 apple


i went running yesterday, longer than i have since i have been back from my injury, and my legs are sore.  wahoo!  i feel like i'm back on track!

my food is all over the place today, but I have a final later so that's my excuse


B:  graham crackers with organic peanut butter spread on top yummmm

L - spicy chicken panini (ended up being only ok so I ate about 2/3 of it)

D- ? probably lean cuisine since by bf isn't going to be around for dinner


A - ladies book club tonight... probably at least one glass of wine
