I am very sore, however, I think the best thing for soreness is to keep at it.
Haven't done it yet today. It's so nice out, I'm thinking about going for a run in addition, but my legs are so sore, I may just stick to the elliptical.

I haven't done it yet today either, but am feeling much less sore now that I was at first. Will update when I do, but I should really think about doing my last final now ...

Ok, I just finished day 3. My cold has progressively gotten worse so at first I felt like I was just going through the motions but, halfway through, I got back into the mindset. I actually didn't struggle as much as I did yesterday though. I'm excited to start seeing results, it's been keeping me motivated.
I wont update until tonight because Im doing it after work. My legs are sore, my thighs especially, which makes me glad because they're one of my problem areas.
I did it even though I'm still sore. But once you get going, the soreness goes away....until you stop.
I can't believe how hot and sweaty I get!
But starting tomorrow I'm going to start going to the office with husband to help out and cause of that I don't know when I'll be able to work out! I've taken advantage that I'm home alone and have noone around me. I'm too shy to work out in front of my kids or husband..... especially cause I'm crying and grunting in some parts!!!
