B: South Beach bar = 140 calories L: chicken and hummus wrap = 500 calories (guessing) S: huge peanut butter cookie = 500 calories (guessing) D: lean cuisine of some kind = <300 calories Total: 1440 calories (guestimation) ugh.
E: 30 minutes running; weights
And really, it's not like 1400ish calories is bad, it's not, but I've got to make up for my overdone weekend and eating cookies is NOT the way to do it!
B: 2 cornmeal pancakes with agave nectar, coffee (300?) L: banana, hardboiled egg and pita (300?) S: orange (50?) D: baked potato with a teensy bit of grated cheese, a dab of yogurt and side of broccoli (300?) Dessert: 6 Dove eggs (220)=Total 1170 (will most likely have another snack later)
I guess I can own my bad behavior, too. We can feel bad together. I was worse though! We had snacks at work today and I was awful. Tomorrow I'm really committing myself to clean eating so it was kind of like a last hurrah I guess, but I went a bit overboard.
B: Zone perfect chocolate mint protein bar (210) S: South beach creamy almond snack bar (100) S: Frosted sugar cookie (180) S/L/S: A WHOLE BOX of wheat thin colby cheddar artisan crackers. They're so good! I couldn't stop so I just ate them all, justifying it as "getting rid of them so they won't be around to tempt me later." (980). S: Two more sugar cookies (360).
Sooo..... 1830 mostly empty calories, not even including dinner. At least I feel too gross to even consider eating anything else.
E: Chest and back (push ups/pull ups). I usually burn between 500-600 calories with this workout so at least I'm sort of redeeming myself.
