I'm a bit sore today, and I aggravated my back yesterday doing the shred. I'm going to do the elliptical for an hour before I do the shred to try to loosen it up a bit...
btw - I lost 4 lbs since yesterday (ate fruit and brothy soups) I know it's all water weight, but it's still motivating!

My butt is so sore but I'm going to keep at it. I have to wait for Mimi to take a nap though.
Ok, I just finished day 2 and may I say, Holy Shit! I paired up to the 5lb weights for more of a challenge and yup, I was challenged! I think a part of me died today (hopefully that part was mostly made up of fat), LMAO!

Day 3 is supposed to be tonight, but I'm so sore that I don't know if I can do it. You think it's ok if I take a day off for my muscles to recover a little? I may do 30 min of yoga instead.

If you feel that you need a break, by all means do it. You don't want to risk injuring yourself.

Day 2 for me was actually Day 1. It was DH's fault because he was on Xbox live from the time I got home from work until I dont know when because I fell asleep! I was sooooooo mad!
Anyway, Tuesday was my 1st day and in the beginning, I was like, "oh yeah I got this, its too easy for it to be as effective as everyone says"....then like 2 seconds later, I was dying! I must say my 4 year old is in great shape, because she was doing way better than me! She had mustard bottles as her "weights" LOL, she insisted in participating. It was so cute, but at the end we were both sweating!
