Yesterday was horrible. I will never buy cheetos again. Never.
B: egg & sausage sandwich (egg whites, veggie sausage) = 190 calories L: salad (120) + 2 veggie patties (140) = 260 calories S: none because my stomach is a little icky and I still have to hit the gym D: LC frozen pizza (390) + leftover baked cheetos (140) = 530 calories Total: 1200ish calories (if I'm under I'll eat a protein shake or something later in the evening)
L: Crab and vegetable soup, 2 slices garlic toast (no butter though)
S: 60-cal chocolate pudding cup
D: Sprouted wheat papparadelle pasta with roasted tomatoes, garlic, artichoke hearts, and veggie sausage (inspired by Subwolley's post in the recipe thread), steamed broccoli.
E: Official day one of the 30-day Shred! Wheeeee!
