Morning girls! Lets get started here early!!!


B: 3/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/4 strawberries 1/2 cup milk (3 points)


S: 2 tiny ms. fields cookies from work (guessing 3 points)


L: Soy Chick Sandwich with cheese, apple (8 points I think)


D: unsure - shouldn't have eaten the cookies!


E: studying today so no Exercise.

Mornin'!  It's nice and sunny here today so I think I might be motivated enough for a run.


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  English muffin, FF cottage cheese, carrots, diet soda


D:  Tilapia, salad w/kidney beans, brown rice


E:  Quick walk/run, resistance/pilates

morning ladies!  i missed yesterday cuz i was at workshops all day yesterday for work, but trust me, i wouldn't have posted if i could, we ate like pigs!


b: puffed kashi, 1/2 banana, vanilla silk


s: yogurt


l: boston market catered lunch


d: turkey, steamed veggies


w: hour yoga video

*running away in shame*


ok, I just ate a cheeseburger for lunch. not a little one either- a restaurant cheeseburger. Now I feel fat and gross. Dinner will be soup or salad and hopefully the gym will be open tonight- its been closed all week because they are replacing the floor in the hallway.


I don't know what is with me this week, I simply cannot make good food choices.

S-Popcorn, pepperoni and pepper jack cheese, I had an alliterative snack!


D- Brisket.


W-50 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of abs, 10 minutes stretching
