suggestions for men's casual shoes, please!

my DH needs some new casual shoes. he's been wearing more button down dress shirts with his jeans, which looks really nice but usually he wears sneakers (new balance is a favorite) and i'd like something a little more refined. he wears a size 12 and he has wide feet, since he's a big guy.
i'm not sure what to buy him... what does your guy/friend/brother wear?

My husband has similarly large/wide feet, and finds Keens really comfortable.  They're a little less bulky than they look here IRL, especially in larger sizes for some reason, and they work well for times when sneakers are too casual and dress shoes are too dressy.

FI wears driving loafers.  He wears them so often (with polos and button downs) that he needs a new pair.  He says they are extremely comfortable and they look great for a casual, but put together look.

I'm pretty sure Bass has wide sizes in their basic oxfords. Hush Puppies has some semi-trendy styles.
