Now that I'm not swamped anymore I can finally post more! That pesky work is always getting in the way of my internet time.
B: blueberry muffin- I didn't realize that it was 10 WW points until after I ate it. To top it off, I spread a little Smart Balance on it for another 2 points. -12pts
L: Whole wheat angel hair pasta with marinara and a little part-skim mozzeralla chese. -5pts
D: I have to have something really low in points since I blew it with breakfast. I'm thinking vegetable soup. -0pts
S: I need to get some fruit in today. Suprisingly, I bought the most delicious strawberries yesterady. I'll have enough to finish out my points for the day.
E: Walk the dog 1 mile after work, 45-60 minutes cardio at the gym later in the evening.
