how much of a protection do you want? For the beach I always use that bullfrog stuff just because it will keep me from turning as red as a lobster (I am just too white for the beach).
I kinda have a darkish complexion, so son't really know what you are looking for, but I use Olay complete lotion SPF 15 (the one in the bottle, not in the jar). I buy the one for sensitive skin, b/c it has no fragrance, and it's very nice and light.
I also like the SPF 15 l'Oreal cream that comes toghether with the peel (don't remember the name). I hated the peel, but I am loving the cream.
this is a sunscreen (as opposed to lotion w/spf) but i LOOOOOVE it. seriously. i was skeptical at first, my mom told me i should try it and i had run out of my own sunscreen (which i hated, cause it was slimy and greasy, like all sunscreens) so i gave it a shot. it says "Sheer lotion feels like you're not wearing any sunscreen at all" which i assumed was BS, but it's really true. it feels a little powdery, if you can imagine a powdery lotion, at first, but absorbs *immediately* and doesn't leave any greasiness behind. perfect. i think it comes only in 30 and 45. also apparently has some antioxident ingredients or something too. http://tinyurl.com/67seo
valenciana--I saw a version of that same spf for your face. I'm going to try that. For my body I use the same one valenciana posted a pic of and for my face I use Neutragena ultra sheer dry-touch sunblock
I also use Oil of Olay complete with SPF 15 on my face. It's so light and not oily at all. I use Neutrogena's Skin Smoothing body lotion with SPF 15 on my arms, not really for the sunscreen but to get rid of the little bumps I have on them. It's also quite light. When I want hardcore sunscreen, I use Target's sport sunblock SPF 30, which is a knockoff of Coppertone's sport sunblock. It's nothing special but it's cheap and gets the job done.
Not to hijack this thread, but I'm just curious if any of you apply serious sunblock to your face (i.e. higher than SPF 15) to guard against wrinkles and the like.

On a daily basis I don't use anything higher than SPF 15 - just Neutrogena Anti-Wrinkle Cream (SPF 15). If I'm going to be outside alot in the summer, I use the Neutrogena Dry-Touch (SPF 30) allover my face and neck, especially around my eyes.

I use Peter Thomas Roth spf 30 for my face daily. I'm trying to cut back on beauty products, so that's why I started this thread. I want to just use the PTR on my face and start using something else on my neck and exposed chest area so the PTR will last longer. I would never go out with less than spf 30 on my face. I don't know if it helps but I feel safer that way.
I'm surprised so many of y'all like the Neutrogena Dry-Touch stuff. I hated it. I felt like it always left this flaky residue on my skin and it smelled funny.
Valenciana - I think I'm going to try that one. It sounds like what I'm looking for in a sunblock, although I'm not sure about the everyday part. I might go for an actual lotion for that one.
