Thank god the week is half over.  I just can't wait till next tuesday afternoon when my 3 tests will be over (2 Mon & 1 Tues!) My teachers are just insane! Anyways:


B: Weight Watchers Blueberry Muffin (yummy!) 1 banana (5 points)


L: Chicken Spagetti & apple (7 points total)


D: Apple Pork chops (Rachel Ray recipe - will post if good) (5-7 points -will calculate), veggie (0-1 points depending on which one I pick)


S: carmel filled chocolate square (Ghiradelli) (1 point)


E: If it stops raining by tonight I'm going to walk my neighborhood (40 mins cardio) otherwise I'm remeeting Mari Windsor.

Ahhh!!! How do I delete my post now? (okay I fixed it)


B: 2 slices wheat bread (1 point) & 2 tablespoons whipped peanut butter (3 points)


L: Jason's Deli chicken ceasar salad with fat-free ceasar dressing (not sure how many points)


D: 2 burritos - 2 99% fat-free tortillas (4 points), 1/2 cup fat-free refried beans (1 point), 2 slices reduced-fat cheddar cheese (4 points)


E: run after work - yay!

OK girls, next time I tell you I am havin 2 glasses of wine on a weeknight please stop me. Yeah, my tolerance has gone waaaay down and I ended up eating what I had planned for todays lunch AND waking up slightly hungover. Not good.

L: 2 mahi mahi tacos from Baja Fresh (10 points)


D: class is starting early today so I am really hoping that my prof buys pizza or something like he did last time.If not, I have no idea what I am doing.


E: no "formal" excercise, but I had to take a 45 minute walk to pick up a videotape.

I actually did some resistance/pilates last night !  It's just so hard to make it a habit again when the comfy couch is calling my name . . . .


B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee


S:  Apple


L:  1 fajita (no condiments), cheese stick, carrots, green tea


D:  Salad w/kidney beans (yum!), english muffin, FF cottage cheese, diet soda


E:  More resistance/pilates/stretching tonight.  Must remember to dig my theraband out of the garage this weekend . . .

i think i hit my head when i fell off the wagon yesterday, because i got progressively worse as the day wore on. 


b: kashi cereal w/n-f milk, coffee w/half & half


l: 4 pcs. of leftover sushi from the night before.  which didn't taste all that great, which led me down the path of:


s: lg. raspberry cookie bar from dessert cart, large coffee with half & half


s: kashi protein bar


d: 2 grape-juice martinis, fried calamari plate shared w/friend, salmon and spinach salad with cucumbers and feta and olives.
