Happy Thursday morning! Let's get things going for today.
Breakfast Kashi Go Lean crunch (1cup) - 2pts 1/2 cup Skim Milk - 1pt 1/2 cup blackberries - 0pts Total - 3pts I am in a breakfast rut. I'm going to try Special K waffles tomorrow I think
Lunch I packed beef lite again (5pts), yogurt (2pts), and grapes (1pt). I'm kind of tired of it as well so we'll see
B: bagel - 300 calories L: salad (140); 2 veggie patties (140) - 280 calories S: SB protein bar - 140 calories D: who knows? probably low-calorie tacos with corn tortillas
Total: 720 so far, which leaves about 500 for dinner
Exercise: nothing major since my butt is pretty sore from pilates last night but I do want to do some legs at home because my knees are bothering me a tiny bit. I'll run tomorrow though.
breakfast, lunch, pretty much same as earlier in the week. dinner out at Seasons 52. I had pork medallions for dinner and only one glass of wine. still put me slightly over on calories for the day. It's tough for me to meet the 1100 without feeling hungry. No exercise - still sore from pilates on monday (it's been a month since i've done pilates class, due to work travel). but i have class again this morning...
