I was all set and ready to hit the gym yesterday, and then toward the end of the work day I realized that I had thoroughly upset my uterus and decided against the 20-30 minutes of jostling I had originally planned.  Today doesn't look so good either.  I think I'll settle for some pilates and a light dinner.

B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee

S:  Apple

L:  1 fajita (no cheese or sour cream), cheese stick, diet soda

D:  Salad, tilapia, brown rice

E:  Pilates

B: small bagel (120 cals & 7 g fiber!) (2 points) & 1 tablespoon whipped peanut butter (1.5 points)

L: Lean Cuisine (5 points) & reduced fat string cheese (2 points)

S: light yoplait (2 points)

D: not sure exactly but I'm getting a salad of some sort (approx. 6 points) & a couple glasses of red wine (4-6 points depending on size)

E: none - have to be somewhere right after work and won't get home until almost midnight.

I forgot - I can do the WW points, too - I'll add them since everyone else is.

Are those bagels the sara lee ones? I am in love with them. I ran out and my dad bought the thomas ones (5pts!!) but luckily I just finished them off and I'm going to see if my mom will go to walmart with me so I can get the 2pters!!

Who is selling the whipped PB????? I've probably asked before but I need some and no one has it here!

Yeah, the bagels are the Sara Lee ones. They're fab, aren't they? There's another generic brand that says it has that much fiber but I don't trust it.

I buy the whipped peanut butter at HEB. Do they have those in LA? They used to have it at my local Randalls but not anymore. I've looked at the Target grocery stores also and they don't have it either. HEB it is! I always stock up on multiple jars when I go, because I'm afraid it will be gone the next time I go. Good luck!

Hmm I have no clue what a HEB is. I wonder if you can buy it online somewhere? I might have to check tomorrow at work. Do they have HEB's in Houston? If so I'll be stocking up starting in Sept!

They have TONS of HEBs in Houston. I just assumed they were everywhere. Isn't that strange how we always think the things we're used to seeing everyday are everywhere else, too?

I'm not sure about online. It's Peter Pan I think, so maybe their website has some info? I can't find anything on the conagra site but maybe you'll have better luck.
