Happy Monday! I "rejoined" weight watchers yesterday and have done well so far. I hope this trend continues.
My food plan for the day so far:
Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch - 2pts 1/2 cup skim milk - 1 pt 1/2 cup raspberries - o pts Total: 3pts
Lunch: What I planned: Beef-Lite - 5 pts 1 WW strawberry shortcake yogurt - 1pt 1 cup green grapes - 1pt Total: 7 pts
What I had after work went for our "team lunch" today. Steak Caeser salad - dressing on the side. - guessing 10-12 pts 1 roll - guessing 3 points Dinner: 1 bratwurst - 6pts sauerkraut - 0 pts small salad - 3 pts
Breakfast: half a whole wheat bagel with lowfat cream cheese, chicken veggie patty Coffee Snack: Protein Shake Lunch: steamed veggies and grilled chix Snack: turkey jerky Dinner: grilled fish and asparagus and brown rice
E: Plyos and a video workout at home because I am NOT driving in all this crazy snow. On Demand has some great workout videos
B: Coffee w/ nf soymilk AND two gigantic spoonfuls of artichoke jalapeno dip w/ about 8 tortilla chips
S: green tea & handful of frito's and spinach dip
L: chicken noodle soup, croissant
S: green tea, half a turkey sandwich
D: Hosting bookclub tonight, so will try to be good...on the menu for tonight are: tortilla chips w/ salsa, guac, bean dip for appetizers, white chicken chili for main course, corn bread, mixed green salad. Dessert: Vanilla cupcakes w. vanilla buttercream frosting! Wish me luck! Will post what I actually ate later.
