I like the brown, esp. with those shoes. I can't really tell what the pattern is in #2, but I think I'm voting for that anyway because patterned tights are more interesting :)

thanks, girls. i didn't think i would like the charcoal but for some reason, i really like it. i am relieved to know that either would work though. hmm, still need to pick one so any other opinions are welcome! thanks again for your two cents!

Most definitely #2! I like the charcoal with the dress, but I do not like them with those shoes or clutch.
