where are you all? It's noon already! I have had a horrible cold all weekend, so probably no workout today since my chest is all congested and its hard to breath. Oh, and since I said I would, I'm putting my WW points, even though I'm not doing all that great today (ok, I'm not over my points, but it certainly isn't very healthy!).

B: FF latte (2) and krispy kreme donut (5)

L: probably not going to eat since I ate breakfast. It's lunchtime now and I'm not hungry at all.

D: most likely some leftover vegetable lomein from last night. (11)

I'm soooo with you on the daylight-savings-ass-kicking.  I hardly slept all night last night, despite getting only about 6 hrs of sleep the night before.  But, it's back to the gym for me today!  Nothing too intense - I'll probably walk for 20-30 minutes.  I also did my first solo grocery trip this weekend since FH is out of town and everything I got is diet-friendly .  I also bought a scale this weekend, so we'll see how things go.

B:  Oatmeal, banana, coffee

S:  Apple

L:  Fajita (no cheese or sour cream), carrots, yogurt, diet soda

D:  Salad, poached eggs, WW toast

E:  20-30 min. of brisk walking, some pilates as well.
