confession: cheated last night and had a giant california burrito instead of chicken & broccoli!

Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese snack: veggie chicken patty Lunch: grilled fish, protein shake and veggies Snack: protein shake dinner: Grilled fish.
I have to lose 5 lbs to get into my weight category for my weightlifting competition in 2 weeks, so it will be a LOT of grilled fish for me until then. :(
Exercise: 1.5 hours of heavy lifting (clean, jerks, snatches, back squats, front squats, etc.)
