I remember we used to have Diet & Excercise threads. It was nice to have somewhere to go to type out diet & excercise AND to have someone to be accountable to. Anyone interested in joining? Here's mine for today:
B: Coffee with nf soy milk, breakfast lean pocket L: Lentril Soup S: Green Tea D: Brown Rice, Chicken, Broccoli
I'll join! B: Rough-cut oatmeal w/ craisins & almonds L: Turkey sandwich & cup of chicken noodle soup Snack/Dinner: I'm going to run errands so I brought an apple and carrots. I'm thinking a salad whenever I get home.
As for exercise we'll see ;)

I love food journals. I keep one and I email with a friend one a lot of days. (I suspect they are the days when she's feeling good about her journal!)
B: 1 tbsp rf peanut butter; 1 slice rf bread (135 calories) L: 1 can progresso light soup; 2 veggie patties (260 calories) S: South Beach peanut butter protein bar when I get home (I usually bring it to work but forgot today and I'm starving!) (140 calories) D: sushi with friends - sticking with sashimi and going to try and avoid the rolls (hopefully around 450 calories); and then a bar opening so a couple of drinks - no more than 3 and only wine or flavored vodka with club soda (300 calories) Theoretical total: 1285 calories
Exercise: none because I ran yesterday and took an hour long pilates class. My lower body is slightly uncomfortable right now!
Breakfast: Steel Cut Oatmeal Snack: Protein Shake Lunch: Veggie burger patty, veggies, and brown rice Snack: cheese and whole grain crackers with a bit of tuna Dinner: Grilled Fish with grilled veggies and beans.
Exercise: 20 minutes of plyometrics and 20 minutes of free weights
B: 1/2 grapefruit; whole grain light english muffin with cheese, hot sauce, and two MorningStar farms sausage patties S: Nature Valley granola bar L: Mac and cheese with chicken and a small cesar salad S: Apple w/ almond butter; some almonds; pre-workout protein drink D: Wendy's chili and baked potato
Exercise: 30 min on the Arc Trainer (LOVE IT!) and 45 min. weights
