d: going grocery shopping so chicken & some veggies most likely


w: 4 mile walk/run, maybe yoga video if i have time

Morning. 


B: WW apple muffin and banana (5 points total)


L: Turkey & Cheese sandwich on White Wheat (2 points), 1 cup strawberries (1 point)


S: Maybe an apple (1 point)


D: I'm not even adding up the points - I'm headed to a crawfish festival. So I'll be eating Crawfish pizza, crawfish bread, crawfish etouffee, fried alligator , roasted corn on the cob, a daiquiri or 2...

B: coffee and an oatmeal raisin cookie


L: dunno, not really hungry


D: going out with the girls to selebrate my b-day...buca di beppo. I've never been before, so no idea what I will eat but there will def. be lots of wine.


E: 40 min. cardio and arms.


 


LSU- after the weekend I'll be back on track and I'll post point values as well.

I'm starting Sunday for sure.  I became mad at myself when I saw a picture of this large girl from my sorority today and in 2 years (or less) she has gone from being at least a 13/14 to a size 0! I'm so jealous. I should have never stopped halfway like I did!

Hmmm... I've already started on the wrong foot today


B: small, plain bagel (only 120 cals)


L: Lean Cuisine roasted veggie pizza (330 cals) & a few pieces of cheese - they were just sooo good! (some smoked gyuere sp? & cabot extra sharp cheddar - yum!)


S: raw veggies & some light spinach dip


Happy Hour: 1 (only!) margarita - I can't resist. I haven't had one in ages


Dinner: fancy restaurant with friends so probably fish of some sort, which is not very bad but there will be wine, oh yes, there will be wine.


E: um, does prancing around in my highest heels and squeezing into a spanx under my dress count as exercise?

So far, I've had...


Oatmeal (3 pts.)


Lean Cuisine (4 pts.)


I'll probably have a granola bar for a snack later (4 pts.)


I have no idea what I'm having for dinner tonight.  But I went over my points yesterday by two, so I need to be good!
