Afternoon!! Since so many people are trying WW and I need to get back on it I'm going to start putting my WW points behind my food so hope you don't mind.

B: cinnamon raisin thomas bagel (really bad for diet - 5 WW points!) w/ spray butter. I need to get some skim milk. My dad went to the store and bought the 1% kind and just told me to measure out half a glass and add water. I was a little mad. Its not the same!!!!!

S: 1 cup grapes (1 WW point)

L: Turkey and Cheese Sandwich on White Wheat (2 pts), 1.5 cups strawberries (1 cup)

S: 1 medium apple (1 point) + junk in night class. I'm bringing a snack so maybe I"ll find something at Walmart that isn't too bad.

D: unsure... thought I was meeting up with a friend but she didn't mention it so don't know. Possibly chicken (3 points) and veggies

E: I'm at the rec right now so 40 mins weights (1 point earned) + 40 minutes of cardio (2 points earned)

today is my birthday so its kind of hard to eat remotely healthily.

B: coffee and 2 squares of a chocolate bar

L: went out with the office. I had penne with grilled chicken and asparagus in a light cream sauce. *drool*

S: um...birthday cake!

D: I doubt I'll feel like eating much...

E: cardio until I cant take it anymore

i hope he was joking, that's the sickest thing i've ever heard!!  btw, my cousin is on WW so i sorta understand the concept & ur points only add up to 13 - 3 = 10... i thought u HAVE to have 20 or something per day??  just curious... oh & even tho i'm not on WW i don't mind seeing the points, it's interesting to see what WW considers "good" (few points) and "bad" (lots of points).

My parents think skim milk is too thin. They like 1-2% and think skim is flavored water. I think its thick enough for me. They just dont' understand. He was joking but I'm buying a half gallon tonight after class. I'm on the program where you eat between 18-23 points. There's no real good points and bad points. Its just a way to count calories without having to add them all up. But they try to get you to do 2 servings of milk products, 5 servings of fruits/veggies, and 6 glasses of water a day.
