Ok,so this guy who is in one of my classes with (This is a diffrent guy,not my friend that I have posted about)said somthings that kind of struck me as creepy and I need your advice.
I know this guy because we are in the same class together. It started with when he would see me around campus he would stop and talk to me, and flirt with me. so yesterday he asked me to lunch I said yes, because we seem to have alot in common, we both have bands,we like the same music ect. so everything was going good until my friend called, she wanted to know if she could borrow a pair of my shoes to wear for the musical we are in at the college this weekend.I got off the phone with her and here is where things got creepy. The guy asked what was that about, so I told him my conversation with her. so he asked what size shoes do you wear? I told him I wear a size 10. He said thats a mens size 8 in those shoes you are wearing right(they were pink sparkly converse sneakers).I said yeah, and he says those are so awesome I totally want to wear your shoes, Do you have any other pairs of converse shoes? I changed the subject.
so am I overreacting or have I yet again attracted some kind of creep? My freind suggested that maybe he is gay. Then why has he been hitting on me? Help!!!

Hmmm. I'd probably have the same reaction as you - kinda creepy. That being said, I wouldn't write him off completely or stop talking to him. Give him another chance and if he brings it up again, you may want to think about backing off from him if it does creep you out. Or, he may be gay and just wants a friend!

It's a little creepy. Not really scary-creepy. If I liked everything else about him, I wouldn't be THAT creeped out. But I wouldn't let him wear my shoes either. Or go anyplace with him if he was wearing women's shoes. Or if he talked about it all the time, I would be creeped out. So, maybe it wouldn't work out anyway. My post just made no sense.
Eh - no biggie. He's a weirdo, so what? Either he's really bad at flirting or he's gay or he's just plain ole weird. I wouldn't be freaked out by him. But it's the stalker rule, ya know? If he's cute, it's cute behavior. If he's ugly, it's stalker behavior. Hey, I never said I was fair. If you like him, give him another shot - he may be the best shopping buddy you'll ever have!
I don't see anything creepy or anything that would lead me to think he is potentially gay (and even if he is so what). Did this really creep you out or was something else going on that made it feel creepy. I mean if he is creepy all on his own than maybe you were more likely to focus on his behavior, but asking to wear your shoes- i'm not getting what the problem is. Maybe he's just too forward?
I've thought about it and the REAL reason you should be creeped out is that he wears a men's size 8. You know what they say about size of a man's shoes...

yeah...i would think it was strange. Guys asking to wear my pink sparkly sneakers is never a good thing in my book...but maybe it's just me...but i also totally agree w/ blubirde's first statement! if he's cute it's forgivable :)
do you have a pic of the shoes? I just gotta get a mental picture of how girly they actually are...but the description of sparkles + pink = girlie in my book...

Those are sooo cute!!! I have an ex-boyfriend who was a great boyfriend and he would have gone crazy over those shoes and asked to wear them, if his big 'ole foot could have fit into them. I have to mention, though, that ex is now living as a woman named Kitty sooo.... not sure what you want to do with that. It just goes to show you never can tell!
And, yes, I officially trump everyone in the crazy boy stories department for that one. If only there was a contest, I could so win.
Tina this is for you. OMG girl...you make me laugh like no other. If I had more time I'd engrave it with "Crazy Boy Story Champ" and maybe even incorporate a little kitty somehow...

My opinion exactly. It sounds like some dumb thing that would fly out of my mouth.
I think i will give him a 2nd chance. He is cute and so far he has not said or done anything else creepy. Besides I saw him today and we had a normal conversation. plus he is coming this weekend to see the musical I am in.

Yeah, it was probably just something stupid that came flying out of his mouth. He may have instantly regretted it, but didn't show it. If he's coming to see your musical, I think he's into you and may just have been nervous. I say stupid things all the time, when I feel like I'm searching for something to say.
