1. Boys. Just kidding (sort of). I actually majored in Human & Organizational Development. I don't feel like explaining HOD but kinda like business/HR/consulting... it's Vanderbilt's biggest undergrad program. No minor but looking back I wish I had in sociology or fine arts. Grad school masters in HR and Org Development.
2. Currently in law school hoping to work in employment law this summer or at least someday.
Accessory Buyer/Advertising/Operations those are my main objectives in my job...small gift shop employee looking for a new job! Can you tell I am working on my resume?
i'm currently an administrative assistant for a research group at a major university (med school). my official title is "fellowship coordinator" b/c i help run their postdoctoral fellowship program. blah. it has NOTHING to do with what i studied in school and it's not something that i really enjoy, but it's my first real job and i figured i'd give it a shot. i know that my career will probably change a few times before i figure out how i really want to earn a living.
journalism major, English minor (but I also took all my elective credits in English, so I basically double-majored)
Now I teach high school journalism. Next year I will teach English, too. Big stretch, huh?!? As soon as I save some $$$ I am going back to get my master's in American Lit so I can teach community college.

2. Working at an engineering firm doing GIS(Geographic Info Systems) In short we kinda make maps though there is alot more to it. Just fyi.. archaeology pays EXTREMELY little unless you have a doctorate degree... I would have liked to have gone back and got my Masters but I like being able to pay my bills!!!
1. Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production; emphasis on Merchandising with a secondary emphasis on Marketing.
2. I have 2 part time jobs: Assistant Manager at a movie theatre and just an assistant at my dad's company (Kahluamilk, they are a GIS company too! ). I just archive and file a lot of things there. Obviously I'm not using my degree. I'm not actually sure I want to. Ideally, my dream is to be a stylist. For now, I'm trying to figure out what to do with my life so it doesn't involve 60 hrs/week at part time jobs and possibly involves a full-time, salary job.
2. Manager of a major speciality retail store. I am so putting my degree to good use, LOL. I have been doing this for 4 years, but I want to go back and produce for radio and tv (I have done radio and tv production during college and a year after graduation, I stopped because it paid so little.)
2. Worked 4 months in tech support and went back to school. Currently I'm a student worker for the State Treasurer and I have a job offer to do audit work for a Big 4 company. I have yet to accept the offer (I have until April 15th)
1. BS in Applied Mathematics, minors in Philosphy & Computer Science
2. Quality Control Analyst for a bond portfolio management compnay (not as glamorous as it sounds - if it does at all - i basically test software). Supposedly I'm using my major, but I think anyone can be trained to do what I do.
2. Attorney for state agency doing criminal prosecution, basically.
Not using my major at all but I guess my major doesn't really matter since I went to law school. I wish I was a Literature professor at a university though. *sigh* How amazing would that be?
Oh, or I'd love to make soundtracks for movies and/or television shows. I'm completely scattered!
