With Ana Caban. I just bought this and have done the routine 3x now. I have to say I may be biased I really like Ana, not that I know her presonally. I like her instruction style and I can really follw her. I say it is helpful know some basic Pilates to get through this as she quickly transitions between poses/moves. But it not an absolute neccesity, you get it by the second set. All in all I really like this workout. The cardio portion closes out the routine and it made mye pumped to maybe got for a run when I was done...but I could not leave my sleeping five year old. Maybe I'll start working out in the am.
