i just recieved this message in my questions inbox on one of my items:

Q: hi there. i just wanted to warn you about your current high bidder. he/she has zero feedback and keeps retracting bids on items after finding something they like better. i had been warned by another seller, who had this person retract a bid prior to bidding on a purse of mine. sure enough, this bidder retracted their bid on my item tonight, citing "incorrect amount entered." just wanted to let you know that you're dealing with a dishonest buyer who doesn't quite understand that ebay is an online auction. good luck!

i checked on the buyer... 0 feedback and TWELVE bid retractions! can i/should i cancel her bids on my item? it's not one of the approved reasons to do so, but it should be. i have just over a day until the action ends.

thanks for any advice on this.

rrrrrrrrrr! i strongly dislike bid retracting maniacs. i've had 3 bid retractions on various items already this week. it's so incredibly annoying.

I would cancel their bid(s) and block them from bidding again.  You have every right to protect yourself.  I'm not sure how to do it, but I know it's not hard and it's perfectly "legal" on eBay.
