Mashed Cauliflower Help

I remember a lot of talk a while back about mashed potatoes substituted with cauliflower. Does anybody have a recipe for this? Thanks

I don't know that there's really a 'recipe' per se - I just break the cauliflower into medium/large florets and throw them in with the cubed potatoes when the potatoes are about halfway done.  I usually steam everything, because IMO it's healthier but it also keeps the cauliflower from falling apart on you in the boiling water.  Drain, mash, and season to taste with salt/pepper/milk/butter/sourcream or whatever strikes your fancy.

I don't use potatoes at all. I boil cauliflower, return to the pan with a low flame to evaporate some liquid. I then throw into a food processor with some milk, butter, salt, pepper until creamy but still a lil chunky. You may have to return to the pan to get some heat back in there.

I like the idea of mixing them - I've tried them alone and they were a little watery.
