I ordered from them yesterday afternoon (got the Charlotte pants in black) and got a shipping notice about two hours later.  I just checked the tracking info and the package is already waiting for me on my doorstep! 


So awesome...not even a 24 hour turnaround.  I am very, very impressed.  I think it's partially because I live fairly close to their offices but it's still great cs!

they are really fast. I ordered a juicy jacket last week and it shipped the same day! I just wish they shipped USPS...UPS is so. freaking. slow!

I thought it was just UPS around here!  I am glad to know it's (seemingly) a problem everywhere.


I love Shopbop - never had a problem, except I wish they allowed backorders so you don't have to stalk the site until the item you want comes in or gets restocked.

Totally agree on the backorder suggestion!  I keep stalking them...

I placed my first order w/them last week & got my order w/in 24 hours also!  I paid for 2-day air, but my order came all the way to Honolulu the next day.  I'm really impressed w/their CS & won't hesitate to order from them again.
