My mom just told me she is going to do flowers in teapots as my center pieces for my shower!!!! eeeekk!


Can anyone please direct me to some websites that I can find pics of centerpieces tht I can print out to show my mother more of what I want. I just want something elegant or even a bit cooky and fun. Definately not teapots!

Have you ever seen teapot cp's? They are very very cute, especially suited for a summer shower.


But you are not supposed to be involved in it since it's your shower. Let her decorate it the way she wants. It will look great. Trust your mother.

i have to agree with irene. you are a guest at your shower, not the organizer. if it matters that much to you what the centerpieces at your shower look like, then i would suggest going on a site like the knot and looking at the websites of all of the floral vendors that they list (that's where i got most of my bouquet and centerpiece ideas for my wedding). a few of my personal favorite florist websites are -

my VERY picky friend had a tea party shower (as did i but location and food only no teapot centerpieces) and each table had a different tea pot from her family with flowers in it. it was really nice and i'm not into the overly feminine flowery stuff and it really was nice. very bridal shower. each tea pot had been chosen for her or was an heirloom and each one was meanful. maybe you cld suggest something like that to your mom so you both get what you want?


dont feel bad! you'll have plently more things to worry about soon enough...good things though, but this is nothing.
