It is Dixie.  The original Dixie did not want to come back so they are going to say that she had to have facial reconstruction after the car accident that supposedly killed her.  She doesn't have amnesia or anything though.  She is just using an assumed name.

Are you kidding me?? They're bringing back Dixie? Oh this I cannot believe. Oohhh her coming back is going to be so cool. I wonder what reason they are going to use for her bing in jail.

WOW! There bringing back Dixie! She has no amnesia? Why the hell didnt she say something to Tead! She's reads the paper in jail like she mentioned so she knows whats going on in P.V, I wonder how they are going to go about it.......
