So my super generous Boss's (ok not even my boss but 2 people I back up for) bought me an I Touch for Christmas. Well I bought one 2 days ago and already loaded it up! Do you know if Apple will let me return it without a receipt?

I doubt they would- but they might give you store credit.

Do you still have your receipt for the other one?  Couldn't you use that receipt to return the one that was given to you?

I know with the phones they have your info on file through the serial number of the phone so not sure if you could return it with the wrong receipt. I would take it to them and explain what happened. Their customer service is awesome so I am sure they could do something to help you out.
