STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Anybody have one? I've been having to take my temperature a lot recently and all I have is the old-style glass thermometer w/ the mercury inside. I swear it's not giving me an accurate reading...and I hate having to wait so long for a result. I'm interested in trying the in-the-ear type, but I'm not sure how accurate they are. Any experiences?
