w: AM 1 hr walk, PM 1 hr yoga video.... and just wanted to confess that i didn't do my PM workout yesterday cuz i had to pick up my car & there was no time b4 class.
D: burritos again - r/f tortillas, r/f cheese, f/f refried beans + some grapes
E: yet another run - i can go farther and farther every day! if only my knees wouldn't get so stiff... plus, i can't waste this beautiful weather here in Texas. Spring is here and it will only last a few days - gotta love it while ya can.
