l: cooked veggies, ww pita, yoplait yogurt (99% fat free & says it helps u burn fat!)

d: turkey sandwich (on a white roll , that's all they have at school)
w: yesterday i had car work done so couldn't go to the gym so instead i did my 1 hr. yoga video. it kicked my butt!! i decided that today i'll do arms AND legs & i'm gonna try the abs/pilates class (30 min) but not sure i'll keep going if i do yoga mwf. i think my new routine will be hour walk before work, then hour yoga mwf, whole body weight training tues & thurs.
E: yoga at gym but it's such a pretty day I may skip it and go for a run instead... I think I'll take advantage of the weather, I can hit the gym any old time (I'm debating as I write this) - also do some arms at home
