Halleybird- Are those nine west shoes comfortable?
Ok, my favorites:
1) This Gerard Yosca cuff. It's perfectly my style, pretty, unique, and mermaid-esque- I think it's stunning and can't stop looking at it. I am obsessed with it- wore it a ton when i first bought it and a rhinestone fell off So now i'm waiting til short sleeve weather so my shirts don't pull over it.
2) These Salvatore Ferragamo vintage peep toes. I got them for $40 on eBay and they are the prettiest shoes ever. I barely wear them because they are uncomfortable, but I have them set on a table on display for now.
3) This sweater from Anthropologie. I rarely wear turtlenecks (it can button up all the way at the neck), but I love this ones color and it is SO warm. Wearing it right now.
4) This Inhabit basketweave cashmere cardigan. It is so pretty and soft- I am just sad because I pulled one side by running into a nail. I always damage my nicest things. I like my scarf here too.
5) This suede Anthropologie bag in a rich brown. I got it way on sale in the store, and wear it a ton. It has turquoise contrast stitching.
hmm, now i want them. Did you have to size up because of the pointy toe? I wear between a 9 and a 10- but usually a 9.5 to give me some extra room. If they run small, i'd need the 10. Let me know soon- I think i might order them because they're so cheap!
Lynnie - those shoes on the table have to be the funniest thing I've ever seen.
"I barely wear them because they are uncomfortable, but I have them set on a table on display for now."
That is just hysterical & sounds like exactly something I would do!!!!!!!!!!! But i've never thought of it & i don't think my husband would let me get away with it.

Mine is a darker grey and I got it for 70% off! :)
dot: i'm so glad you posted this and commented positively on it. i've been eyeing up this poncho for a while and still debating on getting it. i have yet to own a poncho and really don't care about the trend being over... they are so practical and this one is really special looking.
i love michael kors shoes...so i got these because i don't own or like uggs (sorry if anyone here does) but i like the concept. i wanted a heel cuz i feel more comfortable with heels.
i bought this in august. it's not the same as mine, mine has the plaid (the style that's around the face of the watch) continued onto the band. i couldn't find a pic.
i love my bcbg cardiwrap. i've had one since feb. 04, and now they're just getting popular. they're so much better than ponchos, and so classy. i have them in red, mahogony, black, and powder pink.
finally...my dior saddle bag in black.
and my bcbg signature tote in magenta (a darker shade of the picture)
p.s. i love the vince poncho!

hotcocoa - i got this on sale at saks in january. i would wait because they will probably go on sale after the spring season. (who know why the hell anyone would make a cashmere poncho for spring summer! i could sooooooooooooooo not wear this in the spring! too hot!)
anyway, the poncho is wonderful. really super soft cashmere. it's washable! and as i mentioned, super warm. if i can get another one for less $100, i will definitely buy another. also just a note, mine is much longer on me than it is on the model! maybe the spring ones are short?

the ponchos are on sale at bluefly right now for $99... how much did you pay? less than that if yours was 70% off, eh? it's going to be cold here for a good while longer... so i could get some use out of it right away, but it'd be nice to get it for less than $100 so i'll keep waiting.
Frye Campus boots in Saddle. I never thought I would rock these since I'm a city girl, but they are so cool. I wish I'd known about then years ago when I went to Texas. I could've used them when I was riding horses at my friend's ranch in West Texas.
True Religion Joeys in dark handsand. I them
Kenneth Cole black leather knee high boots with a kitten heel. They actually fit my muscular calves and I could walk in them for days and days, they're so comfy. They're at the shoe repair place getting new soles and a polish. (I will edit a pic when I get them back...)
Ivory cashmere Vince ballet-neck sweater. It was the best sweater investment I ever made...so versatile on only $68 at Neiman's first call sale last November.
Max & Co box-pleat denim skirt...wearing it in this pic. Worth every cent I paid, since it's just like a pair of jeans, but more polished. Plus there are only 18 of them floating around the country, so I feel special and exclusive.
1. I didn't get it in fall, but for Xmas I got a Chanel caviar bag. I LOVE it so much and my mom did a great job of picking it out because it will always be in style.
2. Lots of cute blazers... I got the J. Crew Academy blazer on sale and lots of cute, cheap blazers from Target, Forever 21, and Old Navy. Halleybird, I love Forever 21 blazers too... they are cheap, come in great colors and lots of different styles.
3. These green suede boots from Ann Taylor. I got them on sale for $65, down from $250
4. Lots of cute, cheap flats.
5. I got some really cool jewelry too. The first 2 are from Turq Jewelry. The other necklaces are cheapo finds from Ebay including my score of awesome beads.
