I somehow hurt the top of my foot. I can't even walk with out a limp! Soooo, no running today. I'm going to take it easy and just go on the bike and elliptical. If it hurts I'll stop. I hate that...I want to just go at it when I work out, no taking it easy! But I have to
i was kind of bad all weekend with eating and drinking, but i spent about a total of twelve hours working out (snowboarding). my muscles are ultra sore. so i hopped up on my scale this morning to see that this combo plus a little over a week of doing weight watchers points has resulted in me gaining about three-four pounds. i'm so discouraged i want to cry.
i don't think WW is the right plan for me, because i feel hungry all the time and it's too easy to cheat. it's time for something drastic i guess, so back to good old atkins for me. yay. i started today. i hate being a fatass.
