I LOVE these shoes... they are even prettier in person. BUT, are they really worth $275? I mean. I haven't had the best experience with BCBG shoes so I'm a little hesitant. I'm also worried that they are so distinctive that they may look dated next year. Thoughts?
I think that there is a little too much going on and you will tire of them next year. Are they comfortable? Would you wear them a lot? Do you have enough extra money that you won't miss the $275 as more spring/summer things roll out? If yes, then buy them. If no-maybe try them on, find out your size, then scour online and eBay for deals in a month or two if you still want them.
i've tried them on and i'll be honest, they're not the most comfortable, but i think they are soooo pretty. since i get a discount (i work there) i will get them, but if i didn't work there, i wouldn't. they're just too expensive for something so impractical. over the last year bcbg shoes have gotten soo expensive! i feel bad suggesting them to customers since they are sooo expensive. i've only seen the tan, i like the blue sooo much more.

Yeah, I've tried them on and they're not that comfortable. But most of my shoes aren't, so I can get over it. I also have a problem paying $275 for BCBG shoes. Most of my clothes and a lot of my shoes in college were BCBG, back when it wasn't so expenisve. I guess the company is trying to be more fashion forward, hence jacking up the prices but keeping the quality the same. They are pretty though... I guess I'll just keep my eye out on ebay and scour DSW. Other people may be thinking the same thing I am and they might even go on sale.
there's two sales a year for bcbg. everything goes 30-50-70. the next one usually is around memorial day weekend. i would make sure you know your size, then when they go on sale, i would buy them (and if your store doesn't have them, they can ship them to you at sale price-i'm amazed how many people just don't order things they love when the store doesn't have them!!!). i know the quality has gone up quite a bit, but the prices still amaze me sometimes.

i'm glad someone else noticed this too. i feel like their prices just keep going up to extreme levels. anyway the shoes are gorgeous, but i would hold out. dsw is a good bet. also if you live near a dept. store they might have them, and mark them down sooner than the bcbg store.
those shoes are hot. i know the flower makes it a bit extra but i gasped when i saw them. the fact that they are not that comfy makes me pause. . . but oh they are just so cute. . . wait for the memorial day sale and get them. i know i will be. :)
